Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and IT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and staffing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Fresno's job market and industry landscape
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
