Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent client vacancies in Houston's key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and timelines
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Drive agency revenue by achieving monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent technical/healthcare roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent assignments under tight deadlines
- Deep network of Houston-based passive candidates
