Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across Chicago's top industries
- Leverage our daily pay platform to attract and retain high-performing temporary workers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through personalized communication
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our brand at local job fairs and networking events to expand our talent pipeline
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in Chicago market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Familiarity with daily pay systems or alternative compensation models
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
