Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for daily pay positions across manufacturing, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 companies in the Chicago metro area
- Execute same-day candidate onboarding and compliance verification protocols
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure 24-hour placement turnaround
- Develop innovative daily pay marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent
- Collaborate with finance team to optimize payment processing workflows
- Analyze staffing metrics to identify growth opportunities in emerging industries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with daily pay staffing models
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates monthly in industrial roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Illinois labor laws and payroll compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with both clients and candidates
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with same-day deliverables
