Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for daily-pay temporary and contract positions using ATS and social recruiting
- Build strategic partnerships with Seattle-area employers in high-growth industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
- Train clients on our proprietary daily-pay technology and compliance protocols
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate matching
- Develop innovative retention programs for daily-pay workers
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless payment processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition with daily-pay experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Seattle's competitive job market
- Expertise in compliance for Washington State labor laws and wage regulations
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSPR) preferred
- Strong understanding of gig economy dynamics and flexible workforce models
