- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shifts across various industries

- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing documentation
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews during weekend hours
- Resolve staffing issues and provide real-time support to clients
- Track staffing metrics and report weekly performance to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
