- Conduct job fairs and community outreach to expand talent pipeline
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies using ATS systems
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout assignment lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or recruitment with daily pay experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring and candidate retention
- Expertise in Omaha's job market and local talent landscape
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Nebraska staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
