Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across tech, finance, and creative industries
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal temporary/contract roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and documentation
- Utilize ATS tools to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly/monthly staffing targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks in SF market
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based/daily pay compensation structure
