Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct interviews and skill assessments via phone/in-person
- Manage candidate pipeline using our proprietary ATS system
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with labor laws
- Meet weekly recruitment KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of local labor regulations
- Proven track record in customer service/sales roles
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
