Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and strategic networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical screenings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across 50+ partner companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of Austin's tech ecosystem and talent dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and KPI reporting
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly valued
- Valid Texas state staffing license
