Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone, email, and in-person interviews
- Post job openings on digital platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary background checks and reference verification
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Assist with job fairs, community outreach, and talent acquisition events
- Support team goals by achieving weekly/monthly recruitment targets
Qualifications
