What You Will Do:
We are looking for a professional who excels in relationship building and understands the nuances of the recruitment lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in shaping our business growth in the Albuquerque market.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent placements across various industries, including Healthcare, Tech, and Administrative sectors.
- Source and identify passive candidates through networking, social media, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular follow-up and communication.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions, track metrics, and ensure timely placement of candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective recruitment strategies and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and hiring targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
