Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for technical and professional roles across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Leverage ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) to track candidate pipelines and job orders
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing methods
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
