Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS system and ensure timely placements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and skill demands
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and fill high-priority roles
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or related HR background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Knowledge of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
