Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Virginia Beach-based businesses
- Match qualified candidates to temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Manage candidate pipelines and placement documentation with ATS precision
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Virginia Beach
- Drive weekly KPIs including placements, interviews, and submission metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships across Hampton Roads
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficient with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Virginia Beach's labor market dynamics
