Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean searches and recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking and outreach
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries
- Strong technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and SLAs
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
