Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier talent across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through strategic consultative partnerships
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage advanced ATS technology and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of proven success in agency or corporate recruitment
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
