Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing industry experience required
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and industry sectors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
