Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs using ATS platforms, social media, and industry networks
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for in-demand roles in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and finance
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect job-candidate alignment
- Develop strategic client partnerships through regular consultations and market trend analysis
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Drive weekly pay initiatives ensuring seamless payroll processing for temporary and contract staff
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven success in candidate sourcing
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of Omaha's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
- Ability to manage high-volume placements while maintaining quality standards
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven reporting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
