Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing assignments for night shift positions in healthcare facilities, warehouses, and industrial sites
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for overnight roles using ATS platforms
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols for night operations
- Manage payroll processing and timekeeping for night shift personnel
- Provide 24/7 support to both clients and candidates during shift transitions
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize placement efficiency and retention rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS software
- Strong communication skills with ability to work flexible hours including nights
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry-specific compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification a plus
