Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and cybersecurity roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings and niche platforms
- Manage 20+ concurrent client relationships with quarterly business reviews
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screening panels
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation tactics
- Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment ROI for key accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/AI companies
- Proven track record placing $100k+ engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Deep understanding of Mesa's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Ability to travel quarterly to client sites in Phoenix metro area
