Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical and healthcare roles
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients in San Antonio's emerging tech corridor
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and passive candidate engagement
- Lead recruitment process optimization initiatives using data-driven performance metrics
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 active client accounts with monthly revenue targets
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on advanced interviewing techniques and compliance standards
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives through strategic partnership with local professional organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven track record in technical or healthcare verticals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and CRM expertise
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Strong understanding of San Antonio's talent market dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles with 95% client satisfaction rate
- Valid Texas driver's license for client visits
