Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify staffing needs for local businesses in Las Vegas.
- Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries.
- Negotiate salary rates and contract terms with both clients and candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
