Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement logistics
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven ability to source passive candidates
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Kansas labor market
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
