Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and interview qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and company culture
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement using our cutting-edge ATS
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment, networking events, and referrals
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and deadline management
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional certification (e.g., CIR, CSP) preferred
