Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruiting strategies and job boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client-candidate experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Tampa's local job market and industry sectors
- Proficiency in ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
- SHRM or CSCP certification preferred
