Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect job-candidate matches
- Build and nurture client relationships with Sacramento-based businesses to understand hiring needs
- Leverage ATS platforms to manage recruitment workflows and optimize hiring efficiency
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Familiarity with Sacramento's job market and key industry players
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
