Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and talent availability
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS system
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
