Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using ATS, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Professional certification (SPHR, CIR, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
