Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment channels (LinkedIn, niche job boards, referrals)
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and technical interviews for specialized roles
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job requisition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill positions in high-demand industries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with a focus on technical or specialized roles
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, submission quality)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network within Houston's professional community (preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification (highly desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
