Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates with client companies across Fort Worth and DFW metroplex
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking, job boards, and social media
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and retention strategies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Represent our agency at industry events and job fairs to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (EEOC, OFCCP) and employment regulations
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
