Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure retention and referrals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Strong understanding of Colorado Springs' job market and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs and revenue targets
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
