Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-client matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key hiring managers and industry contacts
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and career guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong interview assessment skills with ability to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with clients and candidates
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional local client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
