Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for diverse client industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilizing ATS platforms to track candidates and manage pipelines efficiently
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Analyzing market trends to provide competitive insights to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in staffing metrics
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and candidates
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
