Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and data.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
