Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Generate creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth's local job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
