Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients and innovative startups across Illinois
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring executives to understand talent needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
- Drive business development through client consultations and market trend analysis
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and placement quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven success in staffing or agency environments
- Strong network of candidates and hiring managers within Illinois' key industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing technologies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Proven ability to meet/exceed placement targets and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and willingness for 15% local travel
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
