Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for Fortune 500 clients across Charlotte's key industries
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers
- Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in permanent and contract positions
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex client relationships
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid North Carolina staffing industry certifications (e.g., CSP) highly desirable
