Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions across diverse industries
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Track key metrics and contribute to weekly staffing performance reports
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Experience with Bay Area job markets strongly preferred
