Responsibilities
- Sourc and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
