Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement negotiation
- Utilizing ATS platforms to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy
- Conducting market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with KPI focus
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
