Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries (IT, healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and metrics
- Stay current with Ohio labor laws and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Ohio's employment landscape and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent placements
- Valid driver's license for client meetings across Ohio
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
