Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for client job openings across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR departments at Tucson-based companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline management
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Tucson's local job market and talent pool
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- SHRM-CP/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
