Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent roles
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Nashville's talent market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
