Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Fresno County
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills/culture fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Fresno market
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Deep knowledge of Fresno's talent landscape and industry trends
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) certification preferred
