Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruiting and talent mapping
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates across multiple industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and market trends
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
