Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and digital tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Strong understanding of Tampa's local job market and industry-specific talent needs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client/candidate-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
