Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and logistics
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networkingConduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments

Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse)

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
