Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure mutual success
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions efficiently
- Represent Nexus Staffing Solutions at industry events and networking functions
- Exceed weekly/monthly placement targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Indianapolis job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
