Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across Oklahoma City
- Building and maintaining robust pipelines of passive and active candidates
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills/cultural fit
- Managing client relationships and understanding hiring requirements
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Analyzing market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's talent landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
